From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection. **Job Description** The Communication Effectiveness Trainer will play a key role in building communication confidence, improving customer‑facing interactions, and enabling consistent, high‑quality communication across global teams. **We seek an experienced Communication Effectiveness Trainer to design and facilitate programs that build awareness, soft skills (including estimates writing), and verbal/written communication proficiency. This role trains trainers who deliver sessions to global partners, ensuring alignment with claims processes. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
