For all new hires, we run background checks, drug tests, and MVR’s before extending an offer. **Pay:** $24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills **Job Description:** This will be for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the area, so you'll have the advantage of being able to work near home. We’re a growing company with a national presence, and are big on promoting from within. **Job Responsibilities:** The following are expectations of our employees in this position: - Deliver a quality roof using standardized work - Solve problems as they occur - Keep work area in 5S standard - Safely perform standardized work - Continuously improve the process - Be at the job every scheduled day. - Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible What we look for in new team members: - 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing - An understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, willing to train - Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must - Ability to communicate verbally and written - Valid Driver’s License is a must - Centerpoint knowledge is a plus **Compensation:** A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate ($24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills), along with the benefits listed below: - Medical and dental insurance available for full-time positions *An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer* *E-Verify Company* *Veterans Encouraged*
