Job Summary: As a Foreman, you are responsible for your crew’s production, safety, and quality of work, while also planning day‑to‑day operations. You will supervise and direct the field crew to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. You will work alongside your crew each day to install commercial roofing systems. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and roofing teams to align schedules, resolve issues, and maintain workflow. Abide by and enforce safety standards and procedures Lead, train, and provide guidance to your crew Requirements & Qualifications 4+ years of installation experience with commercial roofing is required- single-ply membrane roofs, mechanically attached, fully adhered, etc. Must be at journeyman level in a current union or willing to join the Local 20 in K.C.
