Job Summary : As a Foreman, you are responsible for your crew’s production, safety, and quality of work, while also planning day‑to‑day operations. You will supervise and direct the field crew to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. You will work alongside your crew each day to install commercial roofing systems, primarily single‑ply roofing (TPO, PVC, etc.). Candidates for this role must be proficient in commercial roofing applications and possess the leadership skills necessary to succeed in this position.
