Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (required) - Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience - Strong ability to read and interpret full construction plan sets - Experience reviewing commercial construction documents - High attention to detail and analytical rigor - Comfort working in a high-volume bid environment - Strong written communication skills - Experience in commercial roofing or building envelope systems is preferred but not required if architectural competence is strong - Must be able to navigate drawings independently and confidently. - Must understand how building height, wind rating, and assembly type affect fastening patterns and material quantities. - Must think structurally and systematically, not just numerically. - Accuracy, organization, and documentation discipline are non-negotiable.
