Work will be on large commercial real estate (CRE) deals – purchase and sale, title and survey, financing, and leasing, corporate structuring, and entity creation / formation. · Structure, negotiate, and close commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions · Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases (office, retail, industrial), easements, and development agreements · Advise on and document real estate financing transactions (loan agreements, security instruments, intercreditor agreements) · Coordinate closings and post-closing deliverables; work with title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel · Counsel clients on risk allocation, deal structuring, and regulatory compliance **Required:** · MO bar · Recent commercial real estate experience
