Confidential Employer. **Job Description** - Represent developers, investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, and business owners in complex commercial real estate transactions. - Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, financing agreements, and development-related contracts. - Structure and negotiate commercial lending, acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent financing transactions. - Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, land use, and regulatory reviews. - Manage commercial real estate transactions from initial negotiations through closing and post-closing matters. - Advise clients on permitting, development, title, land use, and related commercial real estate issues. - Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, finance, tax, and other practice groups on multidisciplinary transactions. - Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives. **Qualifications** - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. - Active New Jersey Bar admission required. - 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience. - Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, commercial lending, and financing transactions. - Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. - Ability to independently manage multiple sophisticated transactions. - Excellent client communication and relationship management skills. - New York Bar admission is a plus. - Experience with zoning, land use, title, due diligence, and development matters is preferred. **Why You Will Love Working Here** Join a collaborative legal team where your work directly impacts clients and complex business transactions.
