If you’re ready to make an immediate impact and grow your career, apply today and join a team that values expertise and excellence. #SupplyYourFuture ## Responsibilities - Prepare detailed and competitive quotes for commercial projects across plumbing, HVAC, and fluid handling product categories. - Track revisions and update quotes accordingly, ensuring stakeholders are informed of changes. - Analyze project specifications and technical requirements to ensure accurate takeoffs and pricing. - Manage time-sensitive quoting priorities to meet bid deadlines and maximize project success. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, branch operations, and vendor partners to optimize quotes and project timelines. - Maintain strong knowledge of industry standards, product innovations, and technical trends to provide exceptional customer support. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing quotation accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. ## Qualifications - 3+ years of industry experience in quoting or estimating within plumbing/PVF, HVAC or Fluid Handling. - Strong technical aptitude and advanced industry experience. - Ability to analyze complex project specifications and develop comprehensive quotes. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong organizational and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with contractors, engineers, internal staff, and vendors. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering solutions that balance competitiveness and profitability. **About First Supply** **First Supply**® is a leading main channel wholesale distributor, providing industrial customers and building contractors with an extensive line of products and services.
