Commercial Loan Post Closer

POSITION PURPOSE: The Commercial Loan Post-Closer is responsible for reviewing closed loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements. This position works closely with Document Specialists for documentation issues and loan funding, with loan officers, attorneys, title companies and loan servicing staff to facilitate timely notification of closed loans to board to core. Full Job Description The pay range for this position is $21-$35 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
