Commercial HVAC Technician - Senior

We support our people with structured training, direct investment, and a strong culture of promotion from within. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform start-up, testing, and verification of new HVAC equipment in commercial construction projects. - Complete project controls wiring and system installations. - Inspect installations for proper wiring, ductwork, and airflow prior to system start-up. - Calibrate thermostats, verify refrigerant charge, and test equipment operation. - Record system data and submit start-up documentation accurately and timely. - Identify deficiencies or installation issues and coordinate corrections with the Installation Team. - Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements, code standards, and safety protocols. - Provide excellent customer service and represent R&R professionally on all job sites. - Maintain tools, company vehicle, and work area in a clean and organized manner. - Update manufacturer systems and documents. **Qualifications** - 15+ years of HVAC experience - Washington Electrical O6A Certification - Valid EPA Certification - Gas Mech 1 - Idaho Journeyman - Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. - Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions. - Understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerant charging, and electrical troubleshooting. - Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. **Additional Skills** (Preferred but Not Required) - Nate Certification - Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience - Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings - Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements - Familiarity with Service Titan **What We Offer** - Clear career path and advancement opportunities - Competitive Pay - CEU/licensing reimbursement - Paid time off and holidays - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Kayaks and paddleboards available for employee use - Employer Paid Life Insurance with EAP - Seasonal Event Tickets - 401(k) with company match - A team-focused culture that values safety, accountability, and growth **Join the team that builds more than just HVAC systems—we build careers.** Apply today and start your next chapter with R&R Heating and Air Conditioning.
