Company-Funded Education Opportunities : HVAC Apprentice Program (HVAC) Manufactures’ Training Language – Spanish and English Health and Wealth Education Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Advancement Training Key Responsibilities of the Refrigeration Technician include : Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Work with other trades to complete projects Follow all safety protocols and regulations Provide excellent customer service Maintaining company issued vehicle, tools, and equipment Qualified candidates will have : High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Refrigeration Technician (Preferred) experience servicing: Reach-In/Walk-In Coolers & Freezers, Ice Machines, Large Warehouse Systems – Coolers & Freezers, Refrigeration Controls Experience working with multiple refrigerants Knowledge of Commercial of HVAC systems a plus Outstanding customer service skills Commitment to performing high quality work Must have a valid driver's license (If you do not meet the qualifications above, please see our job posting for Commercial Maintenance Technician) We are both a Drug Free Workplace and Equal Opportunity Employer Our employee selection process includes the following: drug testing, background check, driving record check, pre-employment assessments, and reference interviews with previous employers
