Company-Funded Education Opportunities : HVAC Apprentice Program (HVAC) Manufactures’ Training Language – Spanish and English Health and Wealth Education Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Advancement Training Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Install Technician include : Install HVAC systems in commercial buildings Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Select appropriate equipment and materials for installations Ensure that HVAC systems are installed correctly and in compliance with codes and regulations Work with other trades to complete projects Follow all safety protocols and regulations Provide excellent customer service Keep accurate records of installations Qualified candidates will have : High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred) 5 years minimum of experience as an HVAC install technician HVAC certification or license (Preferred) Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have a valid driver's license (If you do not meet the qualifications above, please see our job posting for Commercial Install Apprentice) We are both a Drug Free Workplace and Equal Opportunity Employer Our employee selection process includes the following: drug testing, background check, driving record check, pre-employment assessments, and reference interviews with previous employers
