Plus, no Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required, and you’ll use company-provided vehicles! ### Responsibilities - **Customer Service Excellence & Communication** – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. - **Leadership & Teamwork** – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships. - **Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation** – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies. - **Delivery Operations** – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules. - **Returns & Pickups** – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. - **Safety Compliance** – Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment. - **Cash & Charge Transactions** – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies. - **Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance** – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly. ### Qualifications **What We’re Looking For** - Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. - Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation. - Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. - Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. - Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. **You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have** - Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. - Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail - Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards. ### About the Company Since opening our first store in 1979, AutoZone has grown into a leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories across the Americas.
