If you enjoy taking ownership, building strong relationships with trade partners, and delivering projects you're proud of, we'd love to hear from you. ## **What You'll Do** As Superintendent, you'll oversee daily field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to LiveCo's quality standards. Your responsibilities include: - Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities - Manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules - Plan upcoming work, material deliveries, and trade sequencing - Monitor quality, safety, and productivity throughout construction - Conduct regular jobsite inspections and coordinate field activities - Identify and resolve issues before they impact project progress - Communicate project updates with Project Managers and company leadership - Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites - Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect ## **What We're Looking For** - 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience - Experience managing multiple trades on commercial construction projects - Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and field execution - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to solve problems quickly and keep projects moving forward - Experience with Procore or similar construction management software - OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain ## **What Success Looks Like** In this role, you will: - Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to LiveCo's quality standards - Build productive relationships with subcontractors and project teams - Maintain organized jobsites that reflect professionalism and accountability - Anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions before delays occur - Create a positive work environment where crews can perform at their best ## **Why Join LiveCo?** - Lead meaningful commercial construction projects from start to finish - Work with a collaborative team that values communication and accountability - Established systems and processes that support successful project delivery - Opportunities for long-term professional growth - A company culture built on craftsmanship, discipline, and teamwork ## **How to Apply** If you're an experienced Superintendent looking for a company that values strong leadership and quality construction, we'd love to hear from you.
