Commercial Cleaner Supervisor

HIRING: Janitorial Supervisor Nashville, TN We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations at a commercial facility in Nashville, TN. Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pay: $19.00 per hour Position Responsibilities: • Supervise and support janitorial staff during shifts • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards • Perform hands-on cleaning as needed • Conduct quality checks and address issues promptly • Communicate effectively with management • Ensure proper use of supplies and equipment Requirements: • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience required • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently • Must pass background check • Reliable transportation required Compensation: $19.00 per hour K.Payne Contracting, LLC has been in business since November, 2016, growing from a one woman operation into a large team of professionals.
