Commercial Cleaner

We value honesty, work with integrity and look to hire team members who have a positive mindset and are willing to learn.* *Pinnacle provides cleaning services for automotive companies, banks, medical and dental facilities, corporate office buildings, schools, apartment turnovers, churches, industrial facilities, salons, and more.* **Duties (include but are not limited to):** - Clean windows and mirrors - Empty trash and recycling and replace - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using liners professional janitorial equipment - Follow safety regulations - Clean and disinfect surfaces - Perform additional duties as assigned - Clean, disinfect, and stock restrooms by the supervisor - Organize the janitor closet and report inventory to the supervisor **Qualifications:** - Previous experience is preferred, but not required - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion - Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time - Must be able to keep information confidential, as we work with financial and medical industry clients who handle sensitive data - Must be prompt and professional - Must have reliable transportation to reach client locations on time **Compensation:** Agreed upon hire, depending on experience, starting between $11 - $14 per hour. **Benefits:** No benefits or paid time off for part-time employees. Full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays, dental insurance, vision insurance, SIMPLE IRA & paid vacation after 1 full year of service. Having your own vehicle and driver's license is highly prefferred for this job. Applicants with both receive priority when hiring.
