This position allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include: - Prepare thorough business loan documentation in strict adherence to the Bank’s policies, procedures, and all relevant compliance regulations. - Possess a deep understanding of commercial loan products and documentation, encompassing the entire process from loan application receipt to the preparation of closing loan documents, funding, and integration into the core bank system. - Serve as a subject matter expert on consumer and commercial loan transactions, including commercial real estate, and special lending requests. - Prepare executed loan packets for booking and coordinate with Loan Servicing to ensure booking occurs within three business days of document signing. - Coordinate loan transactions with third parties including appraisers, title companies, real estate agents, and others. - Handle customer correspondence, including RFP’s, proposals, commitment letters, financial reporting requests, and covenant waivers. - Serve as the primary or secondary contact for business customers, addressing inquires related to loan history, payment applications, transfers, stop payments, wires, and more. - Attend and assist with loan closings and customer calls as needed. - Coordinate with the Credit Department to ensure the timely and efficient underwriting of new loan requests, renewals, and modifications. - Maintain Business Banking Officers’ loan production, fee income, pipeline, and call or referral reports via the Bank’s CRM. - Demonstrates strong expertise in interpreting and understanding credit approvals, due diligence, title commitments, formation documents, and more. This is a regular full-time salaried exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CDT Monday through Friday.
