Colly Brake Press Operator

***THIS POSITION IS FOR AFTERNOONS*** **POSITION DESCRIPTION:** All Colly Brake Press Operators will form tubes on the Colly Press. Tubes can range in size and shape (50lbs. to 2800lbs). Use Overhead remote-controlled crane and Jib crane. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Daily shift crane inspection - Follow work orders - Operate Computer - Change out the dies and punches - Operate Colly Press - Operate Gantry - Help load and unload crane - Clean area at the end of shift - Job duties are subject to change **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** - Must be able to lift/push/pull/bend up to 100 lbs - Must be able to sit, stand, bend, stoop, climb and walk for extended periods of time - Must be able to work in all types of temperatures **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have computer skills **TOOLS REQUIRED:** Palm buttons, tape measure, paint stick, turning bars, any other tools needed for the job **PPE REQUIREMENTS:** Ear protection, steel-toed shoes, safety glasses and/or goggles, hard hat, gloves to fit the job **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** Dependable Good interpersonal and teamwork skills Reliably commute to work location
