Collision Center Estimator

Serpentini Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our team in Tallmadge, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of collision repairs, working closely with customers, insurance companies, and the repair team to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. ## Responsibilities - Perform detailed damage assessments on vehicles involved in collisions. - Prepare accurate estimates for repair costs using industry-standard software and tools. - Communicate effectively with customers to explain damage, repair procedures, and timelines. - Coordinate with insurance adjusters to ensure estimates meet policy requirements. - Work closely with the collision repair team to confirm repair processes and timelines. - Maintain records of estimates, revisions, and customer interactions. - Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and vehicle technology. ## Requirements - Proven experience as a collision estimator or similar role in the automotive industry. - Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, repairs, and insurance estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell). - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information to non-experts. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. ## Benefits - Competitive salary ranging from $60,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year. - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans. - 401(k) retirement plan with company match. - Paid time off and holidays. - Opportunities for professional development and career growth within Serpentini Automotive Group. ## About the Company Serpentini Automotive Group is a leading name in the automotive industry, committed to providing exceptional service and quality to our customers.
