College Work-Study Clerical Assistant - Macomb Center/Lorenzo Cultural Center

Perform various clerical duties in support of full-time staff. **Now hiring for the Fall 2026 semester** **All applicants MUST meet the following criteria or will be marked 'disqualified':** **- a current student at Macomb Community College taking AT LEAST 6 credit hours.- currently have a work-study award given by Financial Aid - If you have not received an award or are not sure, fill out and submit** [**this form**](https://my.macomb.edu/page/2656?SearchId=243920)**and contact finaid@macomb.edu with questions.** · General clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying and scanning · Submit graphic, print and mail requests via Macomb’s internal system Print Shop Pro · Prepare mailings to distribute on campus and to local businesses · Maintain the marketing materials in both the Macomb Center and Lorenzo Cultural Center lobbies · Maintain and grow marketing mailing lists · Make phone calls and send emails to artists requesting materials to promote the upcoming events · Perform other related duties as assigned High school graduate or GED equivalent. Some education including relevant course work and/or formal training. Two years equated related work experience or a demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position.
