Summary Description: BB&N is seeking a full-time College Counselor to cover a leave of absence during the Winter and Spring of 2026-2027, joining our five-person team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in school-based counseling, along with strong knowledge of and curiosity about the college admissions landscape. We are looking for a professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the organizational, writing, speaking, and listening abilities needed to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Intercultural fluency and a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion are essential, as the successful candidate will help create and sustain an authentic, inclusive community.
