The work goes beyond handcrafting a perfectly made beverage; it’s about presenting the Genuine culture while providing great customer service. **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES** - Provide Genuine quality customer service to all clientele by greeting, thanking, etc. - Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy. - Ensure food safety standards are being followed. - Provide great customer service following Genuine standards. - Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties. - Assist other team members as needed. - Perform all other duties as assigned. - Must be flexible & team-oriented! - 1 year of food or customer service experience/training in a mid-high volume food service facility or restaurant. - Prior barista experience preferred. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and level-headedness. - Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy. - Able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs. - Interest in and commitment to Genuine Foods’ mission to use food to help students enhance their minds, bodies, and happiness. - Must be able to work in a school environment. **Job Type:** Full-time **BENEFITS AND PERKS** - Health and retirement benefits - Paid time off - Holiday pay - Growth opportunity **GENUINE VALUES** - Trustworthiness: Integrity, transparency, reliability, consistency.
