Collections Specialist (Onsite) Fort Worth, TX Monday–Friday | No Weekends | No Evenings $17–$19/hour + Uncapped Monthly Bonus Now Hiring for Our Next Training Class Beginning August 3, 2026! Credit Systems International, Inc. (CSII) is looking for motivated Collections Specialists to join our onsite team in Fort Worth. As a Collections Specialist, you'll work with consumers to resolve delinquent accounts while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and company standards. What You'll Do - Communicate with consumers regarding delinquent accounts through inbound and outbound phone calls and other company-approved communication channels. - Provide excellent service while helping consumers resolve account balances. - Negotiate payment arrangements and other approved account resolution options. - Process payments and accurately document consumer interactions and account activity. - Verify consumer information in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. - Meet established productivity, quality, customer service, and compliance expectations. - Follow all applicable federal, state, client, and company compliance requirements, including FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA. - What We're Looking For - High School Diploma or equivalent - Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills - Ability to navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented contact center environment - Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications - Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple applications - Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM - Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail - Experience using AI tools or digital technologies in a customer service or collections environment is a plus - Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check Success in This Role Includes - Building rapport while maintaining professionalism - Effectively handling objections and negotiating payment solutions - Demonstrating active listening and problem-solving skills - Maintaining accurate documentation and account records - Consistently meeting productivity, quality, and compliance expectations Preferred (Not Required) - Previous collections or customer service experience - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pay & Benefits - $17–$19/hour (based on experience) - Uncapped monthly bonus - Attendance bonuses - Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance - 401(k) - Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays - Casual dress - Team-oriented culture - Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings Apply today to be considered for our next training class beginning August 3, 2026!
