You'll partner closely with stakeholders to understand what they actually need (not just what they first ask for), design learning experiences built around how people really learn, pilot solutions, and continuously refine them based on feedback and results. Alongside project work, you'll help keep our learning management system (Thrive) running smoothly, supporting users, managing learning content and using data to understand what's working and where we can improve. You'll also be comfortable using AI as part of your day-to-day work, exploring how it can help us design, develop and deliver high-quality learning faster and smarter without compromising quality. As you develop in the role, you'll have opportunities to facilitate learning sessions and contribute to a wide variety of L&D initiatives across the business. We're a small team with plenty of exciting projects, so you'll gain broad experience, take on increasing responsibility and have lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Team You'll report directly to the L&D Lead as part of a small, hands-on and collaborative L&D team. You'll receive plenty of support as you get up to speed, while being trusted with real ownership from the start.
