In this role, you will be an integral part of our production process, ensuring that high-quality metal plates are prepared and processed to meet customer needs and deadlines. If you're a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, we'd love to have you on board! **Key Responsibilities:** - Load and unload metal plates onto Haas CNC machines. - Operate various pieces of equipment to assist in the production process. - Collaborate with management to ensure production needs are met effectively and on time. - Cut metal plates using power tools, including clamp saw, table saw, band saw, and others. - Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed to complete tasks. - Troubleshoot technical issues related to programs and tools to maintain workflow. - Communicate production deadlines and requirements to team members. - Report any production-related issues to fellow team members and management. - Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment. - Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team. - Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repetitively and stand for prolonged periods. - Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. ## Requirements **Experience & Education Requirements:** - High School diploma or GED required. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. - Has previous experience taking ownership of shift operations, spearheading daily routines, or guiding execution and quality standards. - Previous forklift experience is a plus. - Must be 18 years old or older.
