CNC Machinist - NIGHT SHIFT

You will help craft **die cast dies, plastic injection molds, and stamping die components** in a **low-volume, high-mix** environment. If you thrive on precision, challenge, and variety—this is the role for you. **What You’ll Do:** - **Program on the shop floor using WorkNC** - Operate CNC equipment to machine tight-tolerance parts with **quality as a top priority** - Perform setups and validate work using precision inspection tools - Meet production deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency **Types of Machines You May Operate:** - **Horizontal CNC Mills** - **Vertical CNC Mills** - **5-Axis CNC Mills** - **EDM Sinker Machines** - **Carbon Machining Equipment** - **Gun Drilling Machines** **What You Bring:** - **2+ years of CNC machining experience**, preferably in a die shop or tooling environment - On-floor programming experience using **WorkNC or similar CAM software** - Strong knowledge of **measuring and inspection tools** - Proven commitment to **high-quality workmanship** - Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail - Carbon machining and EDM sinker experience (preferred) **Why ArtiFlex?** - **Employee Ownership (ESOP)** - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Match - PTO, Annual Bonus, Tool & Safety Gear Reimbursement - Career Growth, Training, and More **Who We Are** ArtiFlex Manufacturing designs and builds products and solutions for companies with tough challenges by employing people with a willingness and ability to be **“Innovative.
