Our leading brands include **ITT Cannon, Enidine, Aerospace Controls** and **kSARIA.** ## Position Summary The CNC Machinist Level III is responsible for setting up, operating, and optimizing CNC and manual machining equipment while serving as a technical resource for the team. This role trains and mentors Level I and II operators, supports continuous improvement initiatives, maintains ITT Quick Change setup software and tooling, and ensures a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. The CNC Machinist Level III is expected to deliver high-quality machining results while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence. ## Essential Responsibilities - Will be required to train Level I and II operators on running and offsets CNC machines, gear cutters and other manual machines. - Expected to contribute ideas for continuous improvement for setups and processes. - Must be familiar with and maintain ITT Quick change setup software. - Must be proficient with quick change tooling. - Must keep their work area clean, wipe down each day and maintain all setup tooling in the right holders. - Other duties or responsibilities as assigned. ## Position Requirements - Must be able to read, write and understand English, perform simple shop math calculations, and follow verbal and written instructions accurately. - Must have general computer experience. - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing good customer services. This includes meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. - Mathematics- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and their applications. Must be able to comprehend the meaning of the calculation.
