We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists who can set up, operate, and program our CNC Vertical Mills. We use HAAS and Doosan CNC Machines. if you are interested, please reach out to schedule your interview and tour! **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** - Knowledge in use of precision measuring instruments and the application of such instruments. Instruments should include but not be limited to calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and scales. - Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools. - Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications. - Measures and marks dimensions and reference points on material or work pieces as a guide for subsequent machining. - Adjust machine feed and speed and change cutters to machine parts according to specifications as needed. - Detects equipment malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining - Set up CNC lathes, multi-axis lathes, and 4-axis horizontal milling, vertical milling machines. - Proven ability to program and an in-depth understanding of blueprint reading including GD&T. - Studies and interprets drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations, and set up requirements. - Knowledge of advanced setup, machine feed, speed,and shop math - Program, set up, and run very complex prototypes without assistance - Ability to program using (CAD CAM SOFTWARE) Master cam. **Qualifications** - Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED (Trade School a PLUS) responsibilities - Must have experience in milling and turning - CNC experience with vertical machining centers including 4th axis - Doosan and/or KIA, Haas machining experience preferred - Knowledge of advanced setup, machine feed and speed and shop math - Must have a basic understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and a willingness to always follow correct safety procedures - Must be a team player with an excellent attitude, can work independently along with the willingness to work beyond a 40-hour week when business dictates - Must have a basic understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and a willingness to always follow correct safety procedures - Good communication and interaction skills **Lake Air Products Offers:** - Competitive Pay - Full Benefits - 401(k) Employer Match - Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay - Gym Reimbursement - Tuition Reimbursement **Apply Today!** Join a company where your hard work, dedication, and growth matter.
