Familiar with production processes and understands job packet documents - Must possess the ability to perform in-process measurements and keep parts in statistical process control - Responsible for machine daily maintenance checks and scheduled preventative maintenance - Must be able perform and manage multiple tasks and/or priorities and easily adapt to changing situations - Perform a variety of general maintenance & shop work, work flexible hours as needed and handle additional tasks as assigned; - Responsible to maintain a clean and orderly work area - Adhere to Employee’s responsibilities outlined in Cygnus’ Health & Safety Policy **Required Experience** - Qualified applicants must possess general shop skills and experiences; - Knowledge of machining techniques and methods; - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); - Additional Vo-Tech or Technical school training and previous manufacturing experience required; - Frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 50 lbs.; - Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in a manufacturing shop environment (hot, cold and/or noisy areas); - Frequent hand to finger movement & repetitiveness, handle, feel objects & tools, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking and hearing ***ADA Disclaimer: Cygnus Manufacturing Company (CMC) will make reasonable accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.*** Available Shifts: 1st 2nd Weekends
