**Eagle’s View Supportive Living and Memory Care** Rantoul, IL **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** **Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM** **About the Role:** We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Eagle’s View Supportive Living and Memory Care. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. You will work closely with our nursing team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care while helping create a warm, respectful, and supportive environment. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or supportive living - Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature - Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse - Provide companionship and emotional support to residents - Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment **Skills for Success:** Success in this role requires compassion, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
