We are currently looking for a passionate **CNA** **Staff Scheduler** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced strong administrative staffing scheduler who has a passion for scheduling in a fast paced position. **KEY JOB FUNCTION:** - Timely and accurately utilize the ‘staffing template’ to create staffing schedules for the Director of Nursing (DON). - Develop, maintain and project staffing daily needs and schedules by shift. - Post daily staffing schedule and actual hours as required. - Track attendance, identify attendance problems and notify DON of findings. - Immediately reports to DON/Manager on Duty staffing challenges **Requirements:** - Experience with Recruiting and/or Medical Staff Schedules ***Required*** - Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Hospital or Ambulatory care setting. **We offer the following benefits for you and your family:** - Competitive Wages - Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Life Insurance - Vision Insurance - 401K with company match - Paid Holidays - Paid Vacation EOE *"Our Family Caring For Yours"*
