We are looking for compassionate and dedicated CNAs/PCAs to join our growing team to help staff a few cases at a Memory Care Facility in Virginia Beach. The tasks will consist of 1 on 1 care for Dementia/ Alzheimers Clients who need some extra care. If you have a caring heart, a strong work ethic, and enjoy helping others, we would love to meet you! Responsibilities: - Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.). - Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques. - Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the supervisor/ staff on the floor - Support clients with dementia by using patience, compassion, and specialized care techniques and engage in a meaningful activity with them during the shift. - Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients. Requirements: - # ***Active CNA license or PCA experience/certification.*** - Must pass a background check. - Must have completed **dementia-specific training**.
