KeystoneCare is seeking a **Hospice Aide (CNA or HHA)** to join our **Inpatient Hospice Unit in Wyndmoor, PA**. This is an **on-site, facility-based position** (not a home care role) providing direct patient care in our inpatient hospice setting. ### 🧡 Position Summary The Hospice Aide provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals receiving end-of-life services in an inpatient hospice setting.
