Immanuel Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. **This Full time schedule is Monday through Friday Evenings 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with rotating holidays and weekends.** This position will pay up to $21.44/hour. Active member in good standing on the applicable state registry for CNA. Must be at least 18 years of age.
