Common responsibilities include: - Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance - Transfers and mobility support - Meal preparation - Light housekeeping to keep the client's living area safe and sanitary - Companionship and conversation - Medication reminders - Help with errands or appointments when included in the care plan - Reporting concerns or changes to the office Each client is different. Some need hands-on personal care. Some need supervision, reminders, companionship, or help around the home.
