You'll work closely with our Agency Director to help develop and support a strong team of caregivers while ensuring our clients receive exceptional care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with the Agency Director to enhance caregiver training - Attend and teach scheduled training sessions - Provide individualized training for caregivers as needed - Perform introductory & supervisory visits - Cover caregiving shifts as needed - Assist with pairing caregivers to appropriate clients This position is perfect for a CNA who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll continue using your caregiving skills while gaining valuable leadership, training, and administrative experience. **Qualifications:** - CNA in good standing - **Minimum of 2 years CNA experience** - High school diploma required - Must have reliable transportation - Outstanding interpersonal skills - Timely and professional communication - Available as needed within agreed upon hours This role includes both office and field responsibilities.
