CMM PROGRAMMER 2nd and 3rd SHIFT

| General Position Summary The role requires multi-functional skills to perform various tasks within the work area, efficiently operate all processes, and adhere to work instructions. It includes flexibility for overtime or off-shift work, a solid understanding of the Toyota Production System, and active participation in kaizen activities. | | --- | **Essential Functions** - Be multi-functionally skilled; should be able to perform any job assignment in the respective work area, - Ability to run all operations efficiently and perform all checks as called for in the Work Instruction Manual, - Flexibility to work overtime or off shifts as necessary to meet schedule requirements, - Good understand of the Toyota Production System, and - Ability to be active in kaizen activities. - Follow Standard Operating Procedures on quality equipment. - Inspect work and equipment as called for in the Work Instruction Manual, - Report any equipment abnormalities or data out of tolerance to Group Leader/Supervisor - Maintain a clean working area and organize data documents **Job Dimensions (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities or KSAs)** - Standing - Walking short distances - Lift 0-20 lbs - Reaching/taking components from containers ##### Minimum Qualifications *Education Requirements* - High school diploma required
