Clothing Processing Outfitter - Part Time

***POSITION SUMMARY:*** The Apparel Processing Outfitter is responsible for the overall processing of all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt of goods to stocking on Sales Floor & Receiving. ***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** - Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system. 50% - Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system. 10% - Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment. 10% - Unloads trucks as needed. 10% - Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise. 5% - Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies. 5% - Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible. 5% - Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests. 5% - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED ***EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:*** - Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent - Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent - Certificate(s) or License(s): N/A - Years of experience: 0 ***KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:*** - Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & Point of Sale register system. - Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards. - Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor. - Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers. ***TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:*** N/A ***PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:*** Regularly walks, stands, and does computer work. Occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs. Seldom/Never sits. Additional Physical Requirements - Ability to use ladders and/or lifts as needed. ***INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT***: Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
