We believe in making a positive impact not just through our healthcare services but also by creating a supportive and collaborative environment for our team members. ## Requirements **Role Overview:** A Clinic RN works within the scope of their nursing practice to deliver quality patient care in a clinical setting, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and care teams to support both short-term and long-term patient needs. * * * **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Patient Care & Evaluation**Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives. - Collect and document patient information upon arrival. - Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments. 2. **Patient Education** - Ensure patients understand post-care instructions and follow-up requirements. - Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication regimens. 3. **Customer Service & Advocacy** - Facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed. - Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families. 4. **Collaboration** - Maintain open communication within the team to ensure seamless patient care. - Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans. 5. **Administrative Duties** - Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards. - Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately. * * * **Key Skills and Attributes** - Strong clinical assessment and technical nursing skills. - Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. - Proficiency in educating and communicating with patients and families. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
