**Clinician** Join Our Team as a Clinician – Full-Time! At Latham Centers, we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated clinicians ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adults with complex special needs. In this role, you’ll provide individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, support families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help those we serve achieve independence, growth, and well-being. If you’re passionate about mental health, therapy, and making a tangible difference, we want to hear from you! **Location**: Brewster, MA **Compensation**: $57,065– $61,766 per year (based on experience and degree) **Schedule**: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM No Experience? No Problem! We welcome clinicians who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and provide exceptional care. You’ll receive comprehensive support and training from a collaborative team. **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide individual therapy to students and adults as outlined in their IEP/ISP - Conduct family therapy sessions and facilitate quarterly meetings with families and collaterals - Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning - Write semi-annual and annual narrative synopses and other required documentation - Facilitate time-limited therapeutic groups - Provide crisis intervention and support as needed - Assist with direct care when necessary - Attend clinical supervision and ongoing professional development **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field required - Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field preferred - Massachusetts Social Work license or licensure eligible preferred - Valid driver’s license - Experience supporting individuals with mental health and behavioral needs through individual and group therapy - Experience working with state agencies preferred **Benefits**: - Generous 5 weeks of Paid Time Of - Top-notch health plans with Latham covering the first 75% of the deductible through an HRA) - Tuition reimbursement for continuous learning - Childcare reimbursement - 403(b) Retirement fund match to secure your future (up to 5%!) - Latham may be able to provide temporary individual housing based on availability Latham Centers, Inc.
