At Bradford Health Services, we don’t just invest in our patients—we invest in our people. ## About the Role The Clinician (Primary Counselor) is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical services to adults receiving substance use treatment at the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) level of care. This role conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, facilitates individual and group therapy, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support clients throughout their recovery journey. The Clinician utilizes evidence-based practices, DSM-5 and ASAM criteria, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention techniques to address substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders while promoting long-term recovery and wellness. ## Minimum Qualifications - Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. - Active Texas clinical license required (LPC, LPC-Associate, LCDC, LCDC-I, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMFT-Associate). - Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with individuals experiencing behavioral health, trauma, mental health, or substance use disorders. - Experience providing individual counseling, treatment planning, and case management services. - Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and ASAM placement criteria. - Valid Texas driver's license. - Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire. - Strong written, verbal, and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in residential or outpatient substance use treatment programs. - Experience with Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services. - Knowledge of 12-Step recovery principles. - Experience conducting crisis intervention and suicide risk assessments. - Familiarity with Joint Commission and Texas HHSC standards. - Experience working with multidisciplinary treatment teams and insurance documentation requirements. ## Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, risk assessments, and diagnostic evaluations utilizing DSM-5 and ASAM criteria. - Develop, implement, a…
