Community Health Alliance is seeking compassionate, licensed behavioral health professionals to join our Outpatient Substance Use Treatment team. In this role, you'll provide evidence-based counseling and therapeutic services to adolescents and adults experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family. ### **We offer:** - Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance - Company paid Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) - Paid time off & paid holidays - Retirement savings plan with employer match up to 6% - Company paid life insurance - Clinical and licensure supervision - Continuing education and career advancement opportunities - Mileage reimbursement - A collaborative and mission driven culture ### **What You'll Do** As a Licensed Outpatient Clinician, you will: - Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in an outpatient setting. - Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that support each client's goals. - Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions that promote emotional wellness, resilience, and recovery. - Conduct suicide risk assessments, crisis intervention, and safety planning while ensuring clients receive appropriate levels of care. - Engage families, caregivers, schools, medical providers, and community partners to coordinate care and support positive treatment outcomes. - Utilize collaborative documentation and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records within the electronic health record. - Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development. - Educate clients and families on coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and community resources. - Maintain quality, productivity, and documentation standards while providing exceptional client-centered care. - Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Active Ohio licensure as one of the following: LSW, LPC, LCDCII, LCDCIII, LISW, LPCC, LICDC - Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. - Strong assessment, communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience treating individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions in an outpatient, residential or community-based setting. - Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Relapse Prevention, and Solution-Focused Therapy. - Experience conducting substance use assessments, treatment planning, and coordinating care across behavioral health and community support systems. - Familiarity with DSM-5-TR, ASAM Criteria, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and recovery-oriented systems of care. - Experience using electronic health records and ma…
