We are committed to helping the individuals we serve achieve stability, independence, wellness, and meaningful participation in their communities. * * * ### **What We Offer:** • Time Off – Up to 4 weeks combined vacation, personal and cultural holiday • 12 paid holidays • Up to 2 weeks Sick Time • Highly Specialized Paid Trainings including opportunities to earn CEUs • Health and Dental Insurance • Life, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability Insurance • 403B plan with discretionary match • Wellness Activities • Employee Assistance Program • Career Development Opportunities * * * ### **Why BAMSI?** • **Clinical Impact:** Play a key role in helping individuals achieve recovery, wellness, and independence. • **Collaborative Environment:** Work closely with integrated teams, direct care staff, medical providers, and community partners. • **Professional Growth:** Expand your expertise in clinical intervention, crisis response, treatment planning, and wraparound services. • **Mission-Driven Work:** Support individuals with complex behavioral health needs through evidence-based, person-centered care. * * * ### **What You’ll Do:** The Clinical Treatment Team Coach provides direct clinical intervention, assessment, treatment planning, and crisis support while serving as a mentor and resource to direct care staff. #### **Clinical Services & Recovery Support** • Utilize recovery principles to support individuals in achieving health, wellness, symptom management, and personal goals • Promote a culture of recovery, hope, and person-centered care throughout the program • Facilitate comprehensive assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations • Develop, implement, review, and update treatment plans and clinical interventions • Increase individual participation in treatment planning and service delivery decisions • Document clinical interventions and progress in accordance with agency standards • Promote physical and emotional wellness through coordinated service delivery #### **Care Coordination & Community Integration** • Coordinate services with care coordination entities, behavioral health providers, medical providers, and community partners • Connect individuals to community-based supports including counseling, housing resources, employment services, and substance use treatment • Support integrated treatment approaches that address the whole person and promote long-term success #### **Crisis Intervention & Risk Management** • Anticipate and respond to clinical risks, emergencies, and crisis situations • Develop, implement, and train staff on Risk and Safety Plans • Provide clinical consultation and intervention during crises • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support program needs #### **Program Compliance & Staff Support** • Serve as a clinical role model and resource for direct care staff • Become Medication Administration Program (MAP) certified and administer medications as needed • Ensure compliance with agency policies, licensing standards, contracts, and funder requirements • Monitor adherence to health and safety standards and regulatory requirements • Report significant incidents and allegations of abuse or neglect in accordance with agency protocols • Attend required trainings and maintain professional competencies #### **Additional Responsibilities** • Transport persons served as needed • Follow universal precautions and maintain safety standards • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor * * * ### **What You Bring:** #### **Educa…
