We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are comfortable documenting in an electronic medical record system and conducting individual, group and family therapy sessions. As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals to provide holistic care to our patients. **Requirements:** - **Licensure Required:** LCDC, LSW, LICDC, LISW, LPC, LPCC - Experience in substance use disorder treatment is preferred. - Knowledge of the disease model of addiction - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable working in an electronic medical record system. - Amenable to work on various shifts. **Schedule:** **Days:** Sun - Thu or Tue - Sat, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (must be open to work on holidays) **Evenings:** Sun - Thu, 1:00PM - 9:00PM **Weekends:** Sat/Sun - Day or Evening **Compensation:** Up to $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience **Perks and Benefits:** - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. - Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. - Supportive work environment fostering growth and personal well-being. - Opportunity to work with a diverse and dedicated team.
