If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you! **What You'll Do** - Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties - Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program - Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment - Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload - Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation - Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment **What We're Looking For** - Master's degree or higher in related field preferred - 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred - Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role - If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required. - Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills - Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles - **Why Join Us?** Avenues features a rich, enjoyable workplace culture where each employee is valued and greatness is pursued.
