We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being. ## Clinical Supervisor – Adult Mental Health & Co-Occurring Programs **Location:** Center City, Philadelphia, PA **Company:** High Focus Centers (Formerly Onward Behavioral Health) **Schedule:** Full-Time – Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM; Friday Daytime Hours ### Make an Impact in the Heart of Philadelphia High Focus Centers, a trusted name in outpatient behavioral healthcare and a proud member of the Pyramid Healthcare family, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee our adult mental health and co-occurring programs in Center City Philadelphia. We offer a collaborative, mission-driven environment where you can lead a dedicated clinical team while supporting adults navigating mental health and substance use challenges. This evening-focused leadership role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a dynamic outpatient setting and values both clinical excellence and team development. * * * ### Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise a team of clinicians delivering outpatient and partial hospitalization (PHP) services for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders. - Conduct clinical assessments to determine appropriate level of care and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses. - Guide staff in the development and implementation of individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. - Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in case consultations. - Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians. - Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to support program flow and continuity of care. - Partner with the Program Director on program development, performance improvement, and quality assurance initiatives. - Complete clinical documentation reviews, including routine chart audits. - Respond to client crises and promote a safe, therapeutic treatment environment. - Ensure all services meet licensing, regulatory, CARF, and organizational standards. * * * ### Qualifications - Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field. - Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. - Minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health settings. - At least five (5) years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience. - Strong knowledge of co-occurring treatment approaches and outpatient levels of care. **Pyramid CORE Values:** We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
