Clinical Supervisor, Early Intervention

**Position Summary:** The **Clinical Supervisor** plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and effectiveness of clinical services within our Early Intervention Program. Working closely with the Program Director and Assistant Director, the Clinical Supervisor oversees and mentors Early Intervention Specialists, models best practices, and supports the program’s mission, values, and vision. This position combines direct clinical supervision, administrative leadership, and hands-on service provision, making a meaningful impact on children and families in our community. **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm **Compensation:** $85,696/annually ***\*\*\*Early Intervention experience is required\*\*\**** * * * **Clinical Leadership Responsibilities*In conjunction with the program leadership team, the Clinical Supervisor will:*** - Provide direct individual supervision to assigned Early Intervention Specialists, including observation and guidance during direct service delivery. - Monitor task completion and documentation to ensure compliance with service coordination and Early Intervention standards. - Complete annual performance evaluations for staff under supervision. - Facilitate or co-facilitate case review meetings and participate in team leader meetings. - Collaborate with program leadership to maintain compliance with Department of Public Health (DPH) Operational Standards and Kennedy-Donovan Center policies. - Assist with orientation and ongoing professional development for team members. - Assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of Program Administrators. - Serve as an Early Intervention Specialist when needed, with adjusted productivity expectations to meet program needs. - Perform additional duties as assigned to support program quality and operational goals. **Required Qualifications:** - Must meet the required degree, licensure, and certification standards as defined in the Early Intervention Operational Standards. - CEIS certification or equivalent of 3+ years of Early Intervention experience, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience. - Leadership and mentoring experience with the ability to support staff development and team performance. - Demonstrated competence in all Early Intervention policies, procedures, and systems. - Flexibility in scheduling is required, including occasional evenings. - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other required documentation software. - CPR/First Aid Certified (or ability to obtain certification within designated timeframe). - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively. * * * **Preferred Qualifications:** - Advanced professional training or certifications in Early Intervention, clinical supervision, or related fields. - Experience in program development, compliance audits, or quality improvement initiatives.
