**JOB SUMMARY** The incumbent will be assigned to Citywide Case Management Forensics Program. In this position, the incumbent will collaborate with criminal justice partners including Jail Behavior Health, NoVA, Behavioral Health Court and Mental Health Diversion Court as well as SFGH Psychiatric Emergency Services in working with dually diagnosed adults in the community. The incumbent will provide comprehensive assessment, crisis intervention, case management, individual and group therapy, and substance abuse services. Clients will receive their mental health and substance abuse services at the Center or wherever they are located. The incumbent will assist clients in meeting their needs and will make referrals as appropriate.
