In this role, you will support the clinic’s mission of delivering high-quality patient care by identifying and closing gaps in care, assisting with documentation of quality measures, and coordinating follow-up services. This role serves as a bridge between patients, providers, and clinic staff to ensure preventive needs are met in a timely, patient-centered manner. They work as part of the clinic provider team and provides limited direct patient services. All front line clinical and/or nursing issues will be addressed by the Chief Nursing Officer/ Director of Nursing/ Sr. Nurse Manager/ Regional Nurse Manager. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, have a passion for healthcare, and be willing to learn about additional services available to ARcare patients.
