At AIOS Tech (Bolt Pharmacy), we're building the world's first full-stack AI doctor. Right now it's akin to assisted self-driving (and improving every day), so humans are prescribing with AI assisting their workflows. You'll join our growing team of Independent Prescribers, working through GLP-1 weight-management consultations day in, day out. You understand that a great patient experience means catching everything you need to prescribe safely and confidently first time - not sending someone back and forth for information you should have picked up on intake. You'll assess each patient on their own merits: the comorbidity, the interacting medication, the case that needs a second look, and make the right call. You’ll never compromise on safety or accuracy. You'll: Deliver safe, evidence-based GLP-1 prescribing for every patient on your list Take full ownership of the clinical quality, safety and accuracy of your own consultations and records Flag anything that needs escalating—a red flag, a near miss, a protocol gap—clearly and quickly Follow, and help sharpen, our clinical protocols as they evolve This role is suited to a confident, forward-thinking prescriber with sound clinical judgement, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient safety. Great performance in this role means your patients are safe, your records hold up to audit, and you're working through a full, steady caseload without ever cutting corners. If you nail this role, you'll be a strong candidate for more senior clinical positions as we grow. This is an ongoing contractor engagement - full-time (40h) preferred, part-time (20h+) available - fully remote/WFH or hybrid onsite in Blackburn. You’ll report directly to your team lead.
